Tayler
Cosmetologist, Trichologist, Master Loctician, Master Colorist, 35+
Tayler is the Senior Stylist and owner of Locs In Colorado and Its Natural Salon. With over 40 years of experience in hair care, including 33 years as a licensed cosmetologist, 36 years as a professional loctician, and certification as a trichologist, Tayler has dedicated her career to mastering healthy hair care, scalp health, and advanced loc techniques, including developing her customized oils to promote a healthy scalp environment.
Her passion for hair began at the age of seven, starting with a Barbie styling head, by 10 braiding the hair of family members and classmates, quickly gaining clients through word-of-mouth referrals.
Tayler invests numerous hours each year in continued education to stay current with the evolving beauty industry. She has also mentored and trained many young women entering the profession and continues to share her knowledge while serving her clients.
Her expertise extends across all hair textures, hair types, ages, and cultures, with a strong focus on maintaining healthy hair and scalp balance in Denver’s dry climate. Tayler believes education is key to beautiful hair and takes pride in teaching clients how to properly maintain their hair between visits.
Her goal is simple: healthy hair and styles that reflect each client’s unique beauty.

Jahri
Jahri’s passion for hair care began early while styling and caring for the hair of women and children in her community in Chicago. She later pursued a career in healthcare, becoming a licensed nurse in 2008, where she developed a strong foundation in care, attention to detail, and service.
During the pandemic, Jahri felt called back to her first love—the beauty industry—and enrolled at Trenz Beauty Academy in Chicago to further develop her skills in natural hair care.
Now based in Denver, Colorado, Jahri serves as a Loctician and Cosmetology Apprentice at It’s Natural Salon, where she specializes in natural hair care, loc maintenance, and healthy hair practices while continuing to expand her expertise under experienced mentorship.
Jahri is passionate about helping clients feel confident while guiding them on their healthy hair and loc journey.

Marcia
Marcia is a licensed Cosmetologist and Master Loctician at Locs In Colorado and Its Natural Salon. Marcia brings skill, care, and precision to every service. She specializes in loc maintenance, starter locs, braid downs, and healthy scalp care, helping clients maintain strong, well-groomed locs.
Known for her gentle touch, creative finishes and relaxing shampoo services, Marcia creates a comfortable experience while focusing on healthy hair, proper loc maintenance, and long-term hair care.
